The Ethanol (alcohol) is encased in Cyclodextrin, this is easily dehydrated into a powder, then tabletted. It dissolves into an aqueous solution, and when there is a pH change (in your stomach) it releases the alcohol and breaks down into starch, which then breaks down into sugar.

It's a scam don't bother....
You can't get powdered ethanol. You can get other 'alcohols' - but not ones which would be of any use in drinks.
