What is the white powder inside latex gloves?

I bought a box of doctor-like latex gloves and inside each glove there is white powder. What is it for or what does it do?What is the white powder inside latex gloves?
volcanizing powder. it is to keep the glove from sticking to the mold. What is the white powder inside latex gloves?
It's a cornstarch or talcum powder to help with people that are allergic to latex for whatever reason. It also helps shield against irritation and mal odors of latex
I've learned that with at least some latex gloves it's called cornstarch powder. And it makes it much easier to slide your hand in the glove, and makes it less uncomfortable. (Because latex can be super annoying).
usually some type of powder keeps the glove from sticking together easier to put on
i believe it is a latex/cornstarch powder
