What is the blue powder formed after electrolysis of sodium chloride solution?

I used carbon electrodes but there is contact with copper wires.

Maybe it's a copper compound? What is the blue powder formed after electrolysis of sodium chloride solution?
Copper(II) chloride CuCl2 will form a blue solid in the dihydrate form. If you dry out the solid it will become yellow-brown in the anhydrous stateWhat is the blue powder formed after electrolysis of sodium chloride solution?
it is CuCl2(copper chloride) in hydrated form.
