Can I use hot chocolate powder instead of coco powder?

I'm baking and I've run out of coco powder. I can't go to the shop to get some as I can't leave my daughter alone as she's sleeping at the moment. Can I use hot chocolate powder instead of coco powder?
No, hot cocoa contains cocoa but also sugar, powdered milk and some lovely chemicalsCan I use hot chocolate powder instead of coco powder?
No. Hot choc powder has a bit of cocoa, but also dry milk, sugar, and frothing agents.
yea but use a little less sugar coz hot choc already has sugar.
Yes, but you need to follow a recipe using hot chocolate instead of cocoa. Those recipes address the fact that HC powder has sugar and powdered milk.

Here's a recipe using it

The only way to find out is to try.

I believe it's possible to use hot chocolate powder in place of cocoa powder in most recipes, but I have no idea about it as a substitute for coco powder, whatever that is.
you can but put less sugar in the recipie as hot chockolate powder is sweetened already,,good luck
